Ebay refunds buyers- wrong items shipped back- Ebay refunds buyers even after appeal and declaration
I have three separate orders, different items, different customers.
All three customers opened a return request.
All three customers received a prepaid return label for return.
All three customers returned an item that was not sold by us. Different brand.
No refunds issued.
Ebay automatically refunded all three buyers.
Appealed and provided images of the returned items. Even though the images were already included in the return request when we followed up with customer about the wrong item being returned.
Appealed denied.
Call Ebay to get a better understanding as to how or why a customer could return the wrong item and get refunded automatically. Like a robot replied. They sent me three declartions.
Which were filled out and emailed back to Ebay using their uploader link.
Declarations received.
Ebay still denied.
They consider this as a courtesy credit.
Told me to file a police report for mail fraud.
Any other seller who ahs experienced this?
Successful or not.
Would be nice to find out how to handle again.
This time around I am out $300 .
