Ebay refunding my customers

Question

I the seller have multiple orders out for delivery in the US MAIL Stream and ebay is refunding my customers there money. The shipping is taking extremely long and the customers will receive their order and get a refund. I stand to lose a lot of money .

When a buyer opens an Item Not Received case, you need to upload tracking to the case so everyone can see where it is.

For a lost (not delivered) eBay Standard Envelope sale, file a claim here

You'll need to wait 30 days to file a claim. Claims must be filed no later than 90 days from the date the shipping label was created.
