Ebay refunding due to buyer's remorse for a "parts or repair only" item with a no returns policy
I would like to know the reason this buyer is getting a refund. The listing stated in several places that the item was for parts or repair, and that the seller does not accept returns. Ebay is refunding the buyer's winning bid amount and I (the seller) will not get the item back. Trying to figure out what's the thinking behind this?
