ebay refunding a buyer who has received the item
A buyer received the item on April 15th according to the tracking #, but claims he did not receive it.
Ebay is refunding him his money back . I have responded to Ebays emails to me several times with no response.
I cannot get a hold of customer service for help...
What can I do...

Mentor4 months agoYou needed to respond with the tracking number in the case notes so eBay can see the item was delivered. If eBay has not yet refunded the buyer you can contact customer service to give them the tracking number by using this link to ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time Please be aware that eBay removed our way or getting around the AI questions so you need to ask for "Agent" several times before you get the link for a call back.
