eBay refunded a buyer without my knowledge and the buyer is keeping my very expensive plates. Thank
eBay says the issue is closed and won't discuss it with me. I'm livid, but can't find any recourse. Thank you, Kim

Mentor6 months agoIf the buyer filed a case, you had 3 days to respond. It would appear you did not respond, so the buyer clicked on Ask ebay to step in, and ebay decided to refund the buyer and not require return of the items.
