Ebay refunded a buyer before I could tell them not to return funds, I recieved an empty box.
Buyer sent an empty box, instead of returning my coins. He even emailed me through the eBay system telling me he was sending coins double wrapped and all in one package. Then the empty box was received by me after eBay refunded the full amount, so they want me to pay back what they screwed up.
I was told I have up to 48 hours to contact them, but I didn't have 5 seconds.
They issued the refund at 10:00 AM and the empty box arrived 3:00 PM the same day.
I tried to get the refund canceled but they said case was already closed so no appeal is allowed.
What to do?
I am in NY and he is in California, too far to visit him, LOL.
Anyone have this broblem with a buyer?
