eBay REFUND TO ME IS NOW DUE BACK TO EBAY due to belated arrival of my purchase
eBay credited me for non arrival of purchase BUT just now FINALLY it arrived so I owe eBay- how to repay ?

Mentor1 year agoYou actually owe the seller since that is who eBay took the money from. Contact the seller and ask how they would like to be repaid. It cannot be done through eBay so they will need to send you a PayPal invoice if they have PayPal or they can use Venmo or a similar electronic service.
