Ebay refund
Does anyone know how long it takes eBay to refund I purchased an item for $442 and the seller did not have refunds but it was covered under the eBay money back guarantee and that was 10 days ago and still no money any help would be appreciated I cannot get a hold of a live person at eBay

Did you file a Request through Ebay's Money Back Guarantee?
If so, did you escalate the Request by choosing to have Ebay step in to help you?

OP1 year agoNo I didn't file a request because the next day I got an email it looks like from eBay saying that the refund was on its way and would be there in 3 to 5 business days it's already been 12 days and they're saying there's no activity on the account

Go to your Ebay Purchase History, find the item, click on Order Details/Request details and you should be able to see the status of your refund.

OP1 year agoThere's nothing in purchase history because the order was canceled 10 minutes after it was made I'm assuming that's the problem there's no activity on the account recent or passed and I can't get a hold of a live person

Even if the order was cancelled, it would still show up in your Purchase History under "Returns & Cancelled", did you click that tab?

OP1 year agoThere's nothing in purchase history or refund cancel it keeps saying order not found probably going to go to the bank and see what they know
