eBay reflecting inaccurate USPS Ground Advantage Rates. OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
For almost 3 months I have been getting random excessive postage charges to ship my goods on eBay. I have AI chatted, On-line live chatted, and telephone chatted too many times to count. No one at eBay has been of any help. Some of these excessive charges have been ridiculous. Some lately are full non-discounted USPS rates, as I have entered the shipping addresses into my USPS direct account and see that they match. Today is my first day back from 11 days closed. Two orders received this morning had the Direct USPS On-line rate as the eBay Rate, without my normal eBay discount. One of the orders was going to upstate NY for $7.69, another of todays 16 orders was also for upstate NY and showed the normal ebay discounted rate of $5.69. Anybody else seeing this ?
