ebay puttting fake restrictions on our sellers accounts day before payout

Question

The last 3 months ebay been fake restrictions on our account to hold money when it comes to pay out . Been selling on EBAY since 2006 with 2 accounts never and never have we seen this take of control over money way better when Paypal in use 18 days holds 22 and I heard 33 day hold for some sellers money!!

So tomorrow our money will be release from account 18 day ugh!!! so today the put restrictions on our acount ugh!! Wetalk to ebay customer care poeple the neve seen this and hung up on me!!! please somebody . the last 3 months this has been happing cuse ebay does not want me to have any money please we are seeking legal advice!!!
