Ebay putting my items on sale without my knowledge (or authorization) HOW CAN I OPT OUT?
Lately I'm finding the price I'm receiving for items is LESS than what they are listed for. I have not sent offers nor have I had sales. I called ebay two different times & got 2 different answers...(neither of which were very helpful, unfortunately). I don't really have an issue if it's an item that's been sitting for 6 months (although i DO feel that offering a discount should be MY call, not ebay's). What irks me is when an item I have JUST listed, sells for less than the listed price. It's frustrating and I don't know what to do. Any advice, hive mind??? 🙂

Mentor1 year agoIf you do not have Best Offers on your items, nor sent out items, make sure you are not using promoted listings when you create the listing. Are you paying for off site ads perhaps? You can check by going to Seller Hub > Marketing as well as Advertising
