Ebay purchase guarantee
Seller should send return label for me to return. But China seller is fighting me on return and want me to pay for return which costs more than I paid. This should not be allowed on Ebay.

Mentor3 years agoDo not argue with the seller. Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'. eBay will require the seller to send you the cash to pay for the return shipping. If the return shipping is more than the item, they should just issue a refund.
