eBay purchase
I’m wondering if there’s any chance of identifying the person who used my bank card for fraudulent purchases. I had a situation where someone used my bank account to buy on eBay, and I only got transaction SMS, but I’m not sure who made the purchase with my card. I’m just hoping it’s possible to track them down so they can be held responsible for their actions, as I’ve lost a significant amount of money through the transaction.

Contact your bank or card issuer directly for help.
If someone takes your card and uses it at Walmart to make unauthorized purchases, you do not go to Walmart for information; you contact your bank.
