    eBay punishing a victim of Domestic Abuse by cyber stalking ex.
                     

    I am  here yet again because eBay staff haven't got a clue what to do with a hacker into my account!  Instead of re[orting him to their forensic Police with his IPS they stop my buying or bidding!  You couldn't make it up just how many times this is happening to me ESPECIALLY because security eBay staff have left record notes opening my account .

    Obviously they aren't trained enough to deal with it.  Instead they punish me by limiting or stopping my buying or bidding. NO ONE yet has stopped this nonsense or even bothered to read.   Anybody out there as ticked off with eBay as I am?
