Ebay providing the seller with incorrect address
We just had an item returned to seller and refund processed due to an inaccurate address. The only thing we can see wrong is that the southeast designation on our street address was changed from "SE" to "Se". Everything in our account information shows SE but I noticed on the shipping confirmation emails they are now all saying "Se". We still have another 3-4 outstanding items that are all in shipping status that I assume will be returned also. I have been unable to reach a human being to talk to at Ebay.

The other comment is much better, so I removed this one.

eBay customer service won't be able to do anything if the items have shipped. IF they have not shipped yet then you need to contact the seller and ask them to please cancel as problem with buyers address. The seller refunds you then you follow the steps I provided to update your account BEFORE you buy again.
Try standardizing your address by doing a zip code look up. Sometimes a period or abbreviation is different than USPS uses and it throws the system off.
https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction_input
Copy your address exactly as it shows on the USPS web site
This usually fixes issues with the system not accepting an address.
NEXT go to your addresses page and ADD the correct address.
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

( only do this for the Shipping and return addresses, not your registration address)
When the items are returned to the seller you can make arrangements to pay to ship the item again.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service, although I don't think that they will be able to add anything to my advice.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
