ebay provided an old address for customer
ebay provided an old address for customer. I have been communicating with customer and he has verified this has occurred. I told him to open a "Item Not Received". He has done this, but from the ebay side, it appears that I'm at fault. I am not at fault for ebay sending old address. Who do I contact to get this resolved? I have tried the automated system, which is a joke. Is there an email, phone number, something that I can explain the situation?

It is the buyer's fault for not updating their address at the time of checkout. You were only required to ship to the shipping address Ebay provided to you, which is the address the buyer provided at the time of purchase.
Either the item will be returned to you, which means you can cancel the transaction and relist so the buyer can re-purchase the item using the correct shipping address, OR the item will be delivered to the old address and the recipient can either refuse delivery or decide to keep it.
