EBAY PROTECTS BAD SELLERS. [removed by moderator] IS A BOGUS SELLER
EBAY IS SAYING THAT MY PRODUCCT WAS DELIVERED, IT WASN'T TO MY ADDRESS. SELLER SENT TO A WRONG ADDRESS AND STATES THAT PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED THEREFORE NO CASE IS ALLOWED TO BE OPEN AGAINST THEM. EBAY DOES NOTHING TO PROTEC BUYER. I'M OUT $127. [removed by moderator] WONT RESPOND OR REFUND MY MONEY. EBAY SUCKS.

Mentor4 months agoTake the tracking number down to your local carrier's office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to you and your address, have the clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake tracking numbers
Include these phrases:
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
