eBay promise to help me after an hour of trying to get somebody to call me made promises and then di
eBay promise to send me a return slip after hour of trying to get somebody to call me back because the seller won't send me one, never sent me a return slip can't get a hold of anybody, seller playing dumb, can't get any help on return eBay is the worst of the worst customer service and support I won't be buying anything from him anymore, I guess we're just left with Amazon, I'm going to look into Walmart and see if they have a good track record with plug customer service This is ridiculous, thievery

Have you opened a Return Request? If not, please do that (see below)
If you have opened a return request and the seller hasn't provided a Return label, please ask eBay to step in from the case.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
