Ebay poor service
I am ebay 15 yrs prob 100k as seller and buyer. The seller new I was first deal. Requested return ebay approved. Sent item to seller address was delivered to different address at seller request. Not ebay say sorry no refund. Communicated with online rep rude and no help cut me off. Worst rep I have ever dealt with. Trying to get in touch ebay mgmt. Called or text to all ebay contacts info not able to reach mgmt. Any ideas. Maybe ebay mgmt will read and call me

When your Return Request was approved, were you provided with an Ebay return shipping label, and did you use that label?
