ebay policy regarding items not received.

Question

I mailed an item to a customer on March 16th and ebay allowed her to file an item not received dispute in only 7 days. Mail is slow, plus there was a snow storm during that time period.

I think ebay should allow a longer time before they allow a customer to file a dispute. This is pure crap.

Did you upload your tracking number?

As long as the item is showing movement, you can have the INR case extended, and you won't have to refund.

A buyer can only open an INR after the last original expected delivery date has passed.
