Ebay Policy Regarding Firearms and Items Regulated Under NFA Makes Sense

Question

Policy regarding Airguns which are NOT regulated under NFA does not make sense.

I just had an item cancelled by EBay because they said it was covered under their Firearms and Parts policy. Since the part was an Airgun moderator designed and built for airguns only and not usable on firearms it is not covered under their Firearms and Parts policy. This wouldn't be so frustrating if I could just do a search on EBay for "airgun" and not get anything back... There are literally hundreds of listings for similar items for airguns. I wanted to contact EBay by phone because it seems to me that someone has mistakenly applied the rules and it should be easier to fix by simply talking with a human. Can't find a number.

Anyone have experience with this issue with EBay? Thanks for your help.
