ebay policy regarding autograph collectable items
I have a clean 24 year seller track record with 2550 100% positive feedback. Recently I have posted a pair of track pants with original tags and also a model airplane collectible with various famous signatures obtained in person by me -all with provenance. Ebay claims I am violating a policy "Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase, is not allowed." I have no idea what they are talking about. Can anybody give me some sane direction here so that I am not being flagged (probably by AI). Has anyone else that these issues? If so, how were they resolved? Thanks folks. I am Sr. Vet with limited income and lots of medical bills to pay hence my panic regarding this.

I understand how frustrating this. You have to be a bit of a detective and think like a bot to figure out what is causing the false flag.
The error message sounds like eBay thinks there is a phone number or other contact information in the actual listing.
Here are things to look for and edit to solve this:
1) Does your description mention "PayPal" if so, remove that.
2) Do you have a website URL, an email address, or a phone number in the description, the item specifics, or in the photos?
If so, remove those.
3) A series of 7 or 10 numbers that looks like a phone number?
4) An @ sign in the description?
5) A misplaced period example fitbit.ly lets go.to the mall
6) The word PO Box, Street, Avenue, or other things that could be part of an address?
7) If you copied and pasted the description, there can be a URL hidden in the text. I can explain how to remove that if needed.
