EBAY policy changes - combined shipping
Has anyone else experienced the inability of foreign suppliers to ship items you purchased in separate Ebay listings, in one package for the reduced cost. Recent purchases of individual collectable stamps (from the UK) must now be sent separately and postage paid for individually rather than placing all of the purchases in one small enevelope. Ebay is gaining huge profits by REQUIRING postage that IS NOT NECESSARY because they can gain a profit off of that transaction, which does not involve their enterprise in any way. This is a huge mistake as vendors will not realize the same overseas sales due to these uneccesary mailing costs.

Mentor1 year ago@bugeyeman I understand your frustration. Items that are shipped with the eBay Global Shipping Programme can not be combined into one shipment. This is due to customs regulations, duties may charged upon delivery depending on the type of the item.
The same rule applies for out bound shipments from the US using eBay's international Shipping Program. I have ended the listings and manually combined them into one order to save a buyer $ on shipping. This can ONLY be done if the items are from the same category and the same type of item.
