Ebay policy
I do not see the fairness of Ebay giving refunds without giving the seller a chance to work things out and give refunds to the buyer and then taking the refund out of your funds. In other words, a buyer goes directly to Ebay for a refund, which Ebay does the refund, and then take the funds away from the seller. That's pretty easy to say Ebay guarantees a refund, but it doesn't involve them as far as the money is concerned, because they just take it away from the seller. I guess you can tell, I am getting fed up with Ebay rules.

·3 years agoIt does involve eBay. If they can't get the money out of the seller it has to come out of eBay's pockets.
When a buyer opens a case (or whatever they are calling it these days) the seller has 3 days to respond before the buyer can "Ask eBay to step in" before eBay forces a refund. How long do you expect a buyer to wait while you propose to "work things out"?
