Ebay policies are not followed or do they understand there own policies.

Question

Perfume is listed as used or preowned and some have tested or untested, but ebay took mine down and yet there are thousands of perfume listings still up!!!!!!!!!!! Still unable to get ebay to see the other lisitngs are still up. I use the exact words as the other listings, and ebay removed mine!

Sorry this happened but we read this kind of thing on a regular basis. I am sure you are familiar with their policy below.

Those other listings may have been intentionally listed in the wrong category or will be blocked if they sell but we have seen others report that theirs were taken down while other listings are still active. It is not always just the title eBay looks at.

For whatever reason something on your listing triggered the eBay system to remove your listing. The best advice is to sell that item elsewhere. I've had things removed over the years that did not violate policy and when asked about them here that is the advice I was given and I took it.

There is a link to Report listings via the question mark in the lower right of the eBay page when you open a listing. You can certainly try reporting the one(s) you duplicated to see if eBay takes it - them down.
