eBay Policies
This seller is upset that I won an item not as described case against him... and he posted this on facebook. Now I have a bunch of returns and nonsense going on now.
This is against eBay policy isnt it?

eBay’s policies only apply to behavior here on eBay, not on other sites.

There is nothing eBay can do about it. As @rock.star described, report it to facebook.
