You have received several answers to your past questions, but it appears you may not be reading them.
You also seem to be using the terms "eBay Bucks", "Extra Bucks" and "eBay Points" interchangeably.
The first has not been issued since the end of the first quarter of this year. I have never heard of the second. The third is apparently a credit card offer if you have an eBay Mastercard from Synchrony Bank; for that, contact your card issuer for details of how to redeem the points.
Which are you referring to?
