Ebay phone number for support

Question

Seller isn't allowing returns but had a fraudulent/incorrect listing selling a "like new" product that is defective and closed returns. Can't find ebay support telephone number to rectify.

@27reb72 Sorry your item is not as described. As long as you file a not as described return the seller has to accept it.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
