To get a call back from an ebay customer service agent scroll to the bottom of this page look under the Help & Contact header click on Contact us fill in the info and request a call back.
Before doing that if you tell us what kind of fraud you encountered we may be able to help you. eBay's customer service reps work for a hired 3rd party Chat/Phone center, and they have to read canned responses from their play book which does not cover all issues.
We on the other hand are very experienced members who know ebay's policies are familiar with the various scams, and what you have to do to get resolution, if it is possible.
