Hi there,
I'm new to ebay and I am being charged a huge fee for a failed sale and I desperately need to talk to someone. Does anyone know how to get a hold of a person?

You said it was a failed transaction. Since it was a Local Pickup only item, did the buyer fail to pay or pick up the item? If so, you should have filed a cancellation. You only have 30 days from the date of sale to be credited the FVF due to a cancellation.
