Recently had a small issue with something that I bought and the seller won't return any of my questions and of course eBay is no longer taking phone calls how do we fix this

@cal-gixxer-rr The way to handle a problem with your purchase is to file a not as described return request.

An eBay agent can not make a seller issue a partial refund but they can make the seller pay return shipping and refund you 100%. Once you file the case the seller may choose to issue a partial refund. Do NOT close the case though until you are happy and don't let it time out.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
