Mentor2 years ago@glennster68. I was trying to help you not have to contact an agent. It's not needed for refund requests. You just have to file the correct request, which I can tell you how to do.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
