when the person you are speaking to has such a heavy accent that you cannot understand them, they are not helping you. and when you ask to speak to someone you can understand and are refused the request, it helps no one.

Mentor2 years agoThat is true. But the only other option is to request to speak to someone you can understand. What is your question? Perhaps we can answer it here for you.
