    Are others having issues trying to place an order from the phone App?

    I have seen some posts from users apparently having problems.

     

    If you are unable to purchase using the app, you should still be able to purchase using a browser. You may have to change your settings so that eBay browser links are not opened in the app automatically. How that is done depends on your operating system.
