Hi,I can't get in touch with a live agent. Is there an email address or any interface where I can exchange messages with a live agent from eBay?

The reason why you are having trouble contacting a live agent, is you are located in Hungary, but are logged into ebay's U.S. Based site ( ebay.com) The U.S. reps cannot call foreign phone numbers. If you signed up to use ebay from one of their European platforms you should log into it and ask your question in its community.

The last answer is probably your best bet for contacting a live agent.
