Ebay payout not received

Question

Hi,I sold an item and eBay says the payout is available, but it's been 10 days and the funds haven't arrived in my bank account. I've received payouts from other sales both before and after this sale, so it shouldn't be a bank account issue. The AI chat box has been worthless. Is there another way to get help? Thanks in advance!

@compremelo13 Sometimes payouts for more expensive items are held longer.

Here's how to Contact Customer service:

Then Type Payout In the chat bot box on the lower right.

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
