ebay payout for sold item

I am a new seller and just received payment from ebay for an item sold. The net minus ebay charges and my shipping cost =" earned amount of $150" according to ebay acct but the payment from ebay into my acct is only $126. I can't figure out where the rest of the money is going.

Seller Hub > Payments > Payouts > Payout ID

You can see a detailed list of what was deducted.
