eBay payments
I’m sure this has been asked many times before but how do I get in contact with a customer representative from eBay? They have money that a buyer has paid me and haven’t transferred it to me. There is no dispute in the transaction. They also want to charge me $87 for a shipping label I never asked for. Their online communication is useless.

Mentor2 years agoIf a label was generated that you did not use, you need to void it within 5 days.
Payments for expensive items can be held for up to 30 days. Your payment account should show the estimated release date. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
You should check on these things before contacting customer service.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
