eBay payment to me doesn't reconcile

Question

I sold an item for $11.49. eBay fee shows $1.95, and postage was $4.43. This comes to $5.11. ebay only sent me .68 cents. Is there a way to speak to a real person to try to get the explanation for the discrepancy ?

Thank you for your explanation. So eBay automatically deducts postage from the proceeds of my sale. If I understand you, postage was probably deducted from a previous payout that went out before payment was completed? I never ship until eBay notifies me that payment is received and I am ready to ship. I think I understand, and I will have to wait to see if eBay refunds me for the postage.

It looks like there was an additional postage of $4.43 taken from the payout. I see that you sold another item with the same shipping the next day, so perhaps you printed that label from your same funds. If so, you will get an extra $4.43 on your next payout because the shipping label will already have been deducted.
