Ebay payment delayed for weeks

Question

I've shipped multiple paid items, gave tracking numbers, confirmed delivery on Ebay. My payments are still on hold. My new items being sold are being held over 15 days. Thought it was a 2-3 day hold? I've been paying out of pocket for all the shipping fees. When will I be paid by Ebay?

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers. New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices.
