ebay paying for what I buy. Very Bad issue
I will pay for my own item if an offer is approved. NOT EBAY Pull this on me again and I am gone from Ebay. I can pay for whet I buy and I want to seller to tell me he will agree to my offer. Ebay paid from an ITEM I bought BUT I NEVER HEARD FRM the seller. I returned the item Paid $58 and got a refund for $28 but NEVER HEARD FROM SELLER. NOT RIGHT

Mentor2 years agoWhen your offer was received, the auto-payment YOU provided was processed.
If an off is accepted you are required to pay. The only difference between this method and the old way is that you provided your payment information before the sale (which is only used if the offer is accepted) instead of after.
What was the reason for the return? What was the reason for the lower refund amount seller wrote in the return case?
