Ebay Partner Network block you if you are from Ukraine?
Hello.
Need an advice.
eBay says nice words and even build a page sharing how it support Ukraine and Ukrainians.
But as soon as eBay realized that owner of the website is from Ukraine - they immediately terminated my EPN account (with 1k usd earned).
Now I moved to Poland. eBay keeps terminating my EPN account.
My competitors use EPN with no issues at all.
So i need an advice. How can I have working EPN on my website after they blocked me?
Now they say that if website was previously banned - you can not use it anymore.
But thats not fair! they blocked me cuz i was in UA. And now keep blocking me even im abroad.
Any idea whom to contact to have my case resolved?

Mentor2 years agoIf you live in Poland now, you'll need to open another account with your Polish address so it's under the correct country of registration.

I did exactly that. I got new business partner in Poland and he registered EPN account on his name and address.
After a week eBay terminated his new account with reason (Section X.E.1. of agreement)
Post-Termination. Upon termination EPN will deactivate all accounts that are linked to you as a participant in the Network. You shall no longer accrue payments in your account, including but not limited to subsequent Qualifying Events where the clicks on the Links occurred prior to termination. If EPN terminates this Agreement for cause, you may not register for the Network again or participate in the Network as an Agent for another Affiliate.
But thats not fair. Because I have another location now, new business partner.
What if I sell website? no chance to use EPN anymore?
I really dont understand that.
And again - at the same time competitors have no issues at all...
