eBay partial refund
Does anyone know how I get eBay to send me the rest of my money or a refund? So long story short I bought from Australia but the shipping was fulfilled by eBay. EBay refunded half of the shipping price, then seller refunded full? Does anyone know how to contact eBay for this? The live agents and telephone don’t work for me. Sigh
