Ebay owes me $119
Ebay refuses to send me my money. I have had this same bank account for 30 years. Bank blames ebay, ebay blames bank....stalemate. I refuse to open another bank account with no guarantee it will even work. Ebay forces me to use paypal to purchase items but yet ebay refuses to pay me via paypal.
I have talked to 20 reps and nothing gets fixed.

Mentor3 years agoI'm sorry that you are in this position and it only makes matters worse when you can't get the correct information from Ebay customer service. Your funds are on hold because you are a new seller or a return seller after over 90 days away from selling. Ebay has a policy on this.
Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
