To do that you will likely need to show you are being charged the wrong rate. What rate should you be charged and what rate are you being charged, and how are you calculating that?
The tax amount may depend on your shipping zip code, item price, shipping amount, and possibly on the category the item is listed in.

Mentor7 months agoTo get eBay to charge the correct rate, you will first have to demonstrate to eBay's satisfaction that eBay is charging an incorrect rate.
