eBay overcharged me for shipping.
The weight I put in ended up being to high. I have the UPS receipt with the correct shipping amount. How do I get a refund from eBay for the difference?

Mentor2 years ago@just_selling_stuff_16 I'm sorry that happened, but you made a mistake. eBay does not have the money UPS does. USPS usually refunds buyers if they over pay for shipping however I am not sure if UPS will do the same. If they do it will come to your account on the all transactions page here>

This can take about a month or even a bit longer since it's UPS.
It's important to always have the correct package weight and size on your listings when you create them. I personally don't list until I have a box for the item. OR if you don't do that then you have to adjust the package weight on size on the label page so it's correct before you buy the shipping label.
