eBay orders that come from Amazon
I just received another order that was delivered in a Prime box from Amazon. While I’m not returning or exchanging the item, if I were, it directs me to Amazon to do so.
I don’t want to support Amazon in any way. That’s why I use eBay. Does anyone know how to ID sellers who are delivering through Amazon? Is there a way to file a complaint with eBay, or ask for some kind of disclosure by sellers?

Sellers are allowed to use fulfilled by Amazon where they store items in Amazons warehouse that they own and sell them on eBay. To my knowledge these are only shipped in plain brown boxes.
Sellers are NOT supposed to sell an item on eBay and then buy it on another retail site to have it shipped to the buyer. This is a violation of the dropshipping policy.
When shopping on eBay if you are buying a common new item I recommend doing a google search first then you can see what other retailers sell the item and at what price.
If you need to return the item you MUST file a not as described return request on eBay because otherwise only the seller gets a refund.
You actually can return it using the reason doesn't match description as you were buying from eBay and it came from Amazon.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories. Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located. Sellers can NOT require you to return an item to another country when it shipped from the US.
