eBay order that hasn't arrived and is no longer on my purchase history
I order a jackplate for a boat and paid with Paypal. I received a confirmation email. The next day I received an email that it had shipped and it had tracking. I tracked the package until it was supposed to have arrived yesterday. The package did not arrive and today, the order is no longer showing in my history and the tracking number now says that no order exists. eBay has terrible customer service because it will not allow me to contact anyone but computer agents and they will not respond because my order is no longer appearing in my history.
