eBay Order Shows Not Delivered Even Though Buyer Received It
I sold an item on eBay and purchased the USPS shipping label directly through eBay. The package was shipped about a week ago, but the eBay order still shows that it hasn’t been delivered, and USPS tracking doesn’t show any tracking information. I contacted the buyer, and they confirmed that they received the package. How can I get eBay to recognize the item as delivered so my payout can be released?

Mentor1 month agoSince you are a new/infrequent seller, Ebay can place a temporary hold on your payouts for up to 31 days (or it may be sooner)
