eBay order 10-11813-77812 not found on eBay?
Help please.
On 7/13/24 I ordered a sofa slip cover: eBay order 10-11813-77812 ($57.44 total), estimated delivery was July 17 by USPS. I looked in eBay, but this order does not appear under my Purchases. I believe I ordered it as a guest -- but the email confirmation I received from the seller does not include a link to my order or a link to shipping/tracking information. There are no links in that confirmation email. Here is the text of the email I received:
"Thank you for your purchase, I will be taking to the Post Office today...., I will also be providing you tracking for your item, Have a wonderful weekend."
No follow-up email was sent to me by the seller.
Today, 7/20/24, around 11 AM PST, I replied to the seller's email asking them for the shipping information (because I cannot find a way to contact the seller via eBay). The seller then replied to my email asking me for the item information: "Can ask what is the item, I can look up now for you." I replied again and included all the product and order information so the seller can look it up. I have not heard back yet as of 5:15pm PST.
What is my recourse? The seller is "marcisfinds" and the order is for "NEW Lucia Collection cream Corduroy slip cover for loveseat up to 68" wide" priced at $45.00.
I can't find my order 10-11813-77812 at all on eBay so I wonder what is happening. I know the order number because I took a screenshot of my eBay order confirmation page at the time I placed the order.
And just as an aside, the item I ordered is still on eBay available from the same seller "marcisfinds" but priced at $30 (instead of the $45 I paid).

Mentor2 years ago@aujlaujl. Is it possible that you or someone in your household made the purchase as a guest?
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
